- Frozen pitted cherries – 1 cup
- Pomegranate juice – 3/4 cup
- Plain yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
- Ice – 2 cups
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Blend the frozen pitted cherries with the pomegranate juice , yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and ice.
- Then add a pinch of cinnamon and salt to it.
- Gently blend it thoroughly and enjoy.
