Smoothie: Pineapple-Mango Blend

Pineapple and mango with coconut help you stay healthy and fresh. Try this one this morning to see how your day goes.

Ingredients

  • Chopped pineapple –  1 cup
  • Mango (chopped) – 1 cup
  • Coconut water – 1 cup
  • Ice – 1 cup
  • A dash of allspice (ground) 
  • Toasted coconut


Method

  1. Blend the chopped mango and pineapple with the coconut water, allspice and ice water.
  2. Then sprinkle over the mixture with toasted coconut.
  3. Time to enjoy!
