Ingredients
- Chicken broth – 4 cups
- Celery stalks chopped – 2
- Carrots cut in halves – 2
- Cloves of garlic minced – 3
- Big leek – 1
- Diced ham – 4 ounce
- Dried split peas – 12 ounce
- Salt and ground pepper
- Cut bagel chips – 1
Method
- Place the chicken broth into the Instant Pot ans set to Saute setting
- Add up the vegetables (except salt and Pepper) as they are cut into the instant Pot
- Secure the lid and change the settings from Saute setting to high pressure, allow to cook for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes, discard the thyme sprigs and season with pepper and salt
- Serve with bagel chips
