Instant Pot Salmon with Chili-lime Sauce

In just five minutes, this awesome meal can be prepared. It’s perfect for that moment when you are too tired to cook anything else.

Ingredients

  • 5-ounce Salmon fillets – 2
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper – 1 tablespoon
  • Jalapeno (sliced and seeds removed) – 1
  • Lime juice
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Diced parsley – 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Curmin – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey  – 1 tablespoon
  • Hot water – 1/2  cup


Method

  1. Mix the following ingredients and set aside to prepare the chilli lime sauce; jalapeno, honey, ground pepper, olive oil, parsley, paprika and hot water
  2. Place water in the Instant Pot and place the Salmon fillets into a steam rack above the Pot
  3. Set the Instant Pot to steam mode at high pressure for 5 minutes
  4. When cooked, quick release steam pressure and turn off the Instant Pot
  5. Serve the Salmon in a drizzle of the chilli lime sauce
