Ingredients
- 5-ounce Salmon fillets – 2
- Salt
- Ground pepper – 1 tablespoon
- Jalapeno (sliced and seeds removed) – 1
- Lime juice
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Diced parsley – 1 tablespoon
- Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
- Curmin – 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Hot water – 1/2 cup
Method
- Mix the following ingredients and set aside to prepare the chilli lime sauce; jalapeno, honey, ground pepper, olive oil, parsley, paprika and hot water
- Place water in the Instant Pot and place the Salmon fillets into a steam rack above the Pot
- Set the Instant Pot to steam mode at high pressure for 5 minutes
- When cooked, quick release steam pressure and turn off the Instant Pot
- Serve the Salmon in a drizzle of the chilli lime sauce
