Have you ever consider a berry for a breakfast? Here’s a simple berry breakfast parfait.
Serves: 1 – 2
- Yogurt (nondairy) – 1/2 cup
- Blueberries – 1/2 cup
- Jar – 1
- Sliced strawberries – 1/2 cup
- Vegan granola (that has no honey on it) – 2 tablespoon
- Add a layer of Yogurt, then add some fruit in a flat bowl.
- Repeat process until you have several layers.
- Top up with granola.
