Berry Breakfast Parfait

Have you ever consider a berry for a breakfast? Here’s a  simple berry breakfast parfait.

Serves: 1 – 2

Ingredients

  • Yogurt (nondairy) – 1/2 cup
  • Blueberries – 1/2 cup
  • Jar – 1
  • Sliced strawberries – 1/2 cup
  • Vegan granola (that has no honey on it)  –  2 tablespoon


Method

  1. Add a layer of Yogurt, then add some fruit in a flat bowl.
  2. Repeat process until you have several layers.
  3. Top up  with granola.
