Keto Beef Shawarma Bowl

I don’t know ,I feel this meal is my best Keto  dish and I just have to share, this meal has been such a life-saver for me. This keto beef meal is a very delicious meal, its such a complete meal and can be prepared in 30 minutes or less. Its also very budget-friendly and its always a good bet when youre in a rush and have a long week and long schedule too. Dont fret , its also very budget-friendly. Protein may be substituted with chicken, lamb, or pork.

  • Shawarma Beef
  • Five spice powder – ½ tablespoon
  • Cayenne pepper – ½ tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • Greek yogurt – 2 tablespoons
  • 80/20 ground beef – 1 ½ lb 
  • Garlic powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Onion powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin – ½ tablespoon
  • White Garlic of Sauce
  • Garlic powder – 2 tablespoons
  • Onion powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Greek yogurt – 4 tablespoons
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice – Two tablespoons
  • Butter – 2  tablespoons 
  • Cauliflower of Rice – 455 g
  • Light soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Chili oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Greek yogurt – Two tablespoons
  • Salt – ½ teaspoons
  • Ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • Water – 2 tablespoons  
  • Red Pepper Sauce
  • Crushed red pepper flakes – 1 teaspoon
  • Sriracha – 1 tablespoon  


  1. Get a bowl, now mix your ground beef and also shawarma beef spices or seasonings.
  2. In a different container,get your yoghurt and lemon juice and comibe both and mix thoroughly.
  3. Get beef and yogurt mixture and mix both till it looks sticky,then place inside a refrigerator while you prepare the sauce.
  4. For the white garlic sauce, combine all ingredients in a container. Whisk to combine. Add more (or less) water for desired consistency. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or small mason jar. May be refrigerated up to two weeks.
  5. Now you should mix together all of the ingredients for the red pepper sauce. Then add more or less water for desired consistency. Then you should transfer into a mason jar. This could be refrigerated up to two weeks.
  6. Get a pan and then you should heat two tablespoons of butter in the pan. Then add your marinated ground beef and salt until cooked properly. Now transfer it to a bowl and then cover with foil to keep it warm.
  7. Now use the same pan used to cook your beef, then shortly after that, add cauliflower rice. Then mix in the soy sauce.
  8. Stir for a while until almost dry.
  9. Then  assemble all, layer cauliflower rice, beef, toppings, and sauces and you are good to serve your sharwarma

You could use additional or optional toppings such as cucumber, avocado, sliced cabbage, tomatoes
